I received my tennis bracelet today and it’s so beautiful ! Thank you so much for all your help in designing this perfect piece of jewelry.

I had an incredible experience working with Sampati to design a custom gold thaali. I was looking for a modern, sleek, and lightweight replica that felt delicate and comfortable for everyday wear, and Jinal brought my vision to life perfectly.

The piece is durable, and so lightweight that I barely feel it on, yet it looks absolutely stunning. The entire custom process was seamless from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out and would highly recommend Sampati to anyone looking for thoughtfully crafted, high-quality custom jewelry!

Thanks so much, Jinal!
It is really stunning and will be a cherished piece.

The ring is absolutely beautiful. I cannot thank you enough for your exquisite work and exceptional assistance. This ring is exactly how I envisioned it.

I had been meaning to give my wife of 38 years something really special for her 60th birthday. She got a traditional mangalsutra when we got married, but it has been hibernating in a safety deposit box ever since! I saw someone wearing a modern and chic mangalsutra and thought of getting something like that for her. I started a Google search and spent hours trying to find something I liked. I never found anything that met my criteria, but I ran into Jinal Sampat's video on Sampat Jewellers' website offering to create a custom design.

The idea of designing a custom mangalsutra intrigued me. Since I had just retired and had plenty of free time on my hands, I decided to sign up for this exercise. Jinal set up a Zoom call, and I described my vision. After a few days, she sent me five distinctly different designs. While none of them were exactly what I wanted, there was one that was closest, and there were elements in other designs that I liked. Jinal worked patiently with me as I gave my feedback and she tweaked the designs. We went through several iterations as we refined the design and the size and quality of the diamonds. Finally, I had a design that I really liked.

It was time to now create the mangalsutra. The obvious choice was to place the order through Sampat Jewellers. However, I had never heard of Sampat, they did not have a physical location, and it was a pretty expensive necklace. Needless to say, I had some hesitation in sending a large payment to an internet jewelry store! However, I had built trust with Jinal, and that went a long way in my decision to trust Sampat with this project. Jinal also offered to have a poet create a poem for my wife. Jinal kept me informed on progress and status, and the mangalsutra was ready in a few weeks. Jinal hand-delivered the mangalsutra to me at our house.

The mangalsutra was absolutely beautiful—even better than I had expected. Of course, the real test was to see my wife's reaction. I gave it to her on her birthday, and she was ecstatic! The poem was a lovely touch. She absolutely loved the mangalsutra and has been wearing it ever since. Thank you, Jinal! It was an absolute pleasure working with you. I will certainly recommend Sampat to my friends and family.

They are beautiful! Just like my necklace 💞

Working with Jinal was a unique and special experience. She incredibly talented! When I came to her to create a custom mangalsurta, I immediately knew I was in the right hands. She heard what I was looking for and provided a variety of custom sketches. From there we met to tweak the design and in a few short weeks I had my custom piece. It was a pleasure working with Jinal and Sampat Jewellers!

I’ve had my eye on a mangalsutra from Sampati for a while and finally decided to go for it. It is just as cute and dainty as pictured. One minor issue is that the diamond pieces flip over quite frequently but honestly it looks pretty that way too. Lovely!

My wife is an accomplished professional artist and therefore she is very selective about design and quality. As an European, she comes from a different culture but wanted to wear a mangalsutra to show appreciation for her husband’s culture. She searched through hundreds of designs and have looked at multiple mangalsutras on her trips to India. Generally both quality control and lack of contemporary designs were impediments for her. Finally, at Sampati, we found something that met her design aesthetics and quality needs. The mangalustra was delivered on time and looks beautiful.

For years, I have been looking for a traditional, yet refined mangalsutra. I wanted something elegant and long enough that I could wear closer to my heart and I had a really specific image in my mind with a juxtaposition of several different ideas..

I have always been inspired by traditional meenakari work that includes enamel work and delicate details and a more vintage finish. In this process, it was important to me to honor my husband's Maharastrian heritage while creating something that felt unique and personal to us as a couple. I wanted something that "read" mangalsutra with the black beads, but was not overworked. Everyone kept trying to get me to have dual tone or Indo-western looks that didn't resonate with me. I wanted something traditional and modern at the same time, and this totally stumped everyone I have talked to. Jinal listened so carefully, and really got into my head in a way that I did not expect at all.

Jinal, I have watched your designs for years and I loved the Tuberose, due to the marquise stones. It took me a long time to take the plunge on the internet company. I am glad that I (finally) did.

Whenever I talked to traditional jewelers, they could not envision what I described when I said "meenakari with diamonds". People just could not imagine what I was describing, let alone sketch it out. And the final piece feels like an heirloom.

The beauty of the piece is really in the 3 dimensional nature of the locket, that doesnt really come across in the picture, but is a really a unique feature when I wear it. The chain also, is just the right amount of sparkle without being too overwhelming. I love how it's easy to adjust and Jinal customized the number of black beads that felt right to me.

She came up with several other concepts that I think each could work for different lifestyles. I love the idea of the black bead with a halo of diamonds or a double halo vati with a 3d look as well. She does a beautiful job with the infinity concept as well as unique bars. Since I am so picky, I really didn't expect to like multiple designs. I was thrilled to see her promise as a designer who really can translate vision.

Ultimately, the braid detail encircling the vatis is so special to me as this mangalsutra now represents the intertwined nature of our lives as well as our children in addition to aligning with the overall vati concept. It's a modern take on the "sutra" aspect that really feels true my life without compromising on the traditional heritage.

Jinal, it was so fun to work with you and have you listen to my vision and work tirelessly to bring it to life. I appreciate the opportunity to talk with you and iterate through the design. You are a very talented designer.

My only feedback would be to ship via fedex or something mkre secure. The usps person put it in our mailbox without signature. It would have been devastating if it had been lost after all of that.
